Important: If you are in crisis, please contact the Veterans Crisis Line by calling or texting 988 and pressing 1, or chat at veteranscrisisline.net. This app is a wellness companion — it is not a substitute for professional mental health care or emergency services.

We do not monitor or read crisis resource interactions made through this app. Those connections go directly to the relevant crisis services.

This app is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
